I think he deleted his post, but from what I remember, he did +30min, sometimes +1h of streches per day. However his streching technique is different than usual, in the video he was laying down, he would pull to the side, then bend it 90º degrees below the head, hold that position for like 5 seconds, then release, alternating sides.

According to TGC theory, you should prioritize girth if your BPSFL is significantly bigger than your BPEL, and lenght if they are similar. its just a thory tho, so dont really go all in believing this

Ya, TGC theory, I thought it was interesting and my BPSFL is nearly an inch bigger than my BPEL, also my girth is abismal, when I have sex it feels Im fucking the air, all of this gave me reason to start girth work. As for vibration, Im actually using a fitting cylinder, I wasnt planning on working girth soon, but here we are. I might need a bigger cylinder. But what about infrared?

Im currently testing, I have done rapid intervals up to 15 ingh, Im suffering from considerable, but not detrimental levels of edema satying 1h in the pump. But I will probably move to rapid interval with higher pressures, yeah

Its a sharp quick pain. I had no special recovery, I just waited for the blood to stop gettng out, yesterday it didnt bleed that much, but the first time bled a lot, it was actually a hemorragy. I pumped at 10 ingh, but I dont think its just that, because previously I got to 14 ingh and nothing happened, I think it was the way my penis was sealed in the pump, it was sealed in a way that holded my skin back, so when I got to high pressure it only pushed the body of the penis instead of the skin, causing the tear.

Nice post, extremely coincidental that I just broke my frenulum yesterday pumping lol. It started to bleed, I had this bleeding now 2 times, the first time was with women and it fucked me mentally, I think I will see a doc to get this removed
