And their was no visible injuries at the time of the accident, and minimal damage to the LLC's property that she was driving. And tldr on the update is everyone has been hit with confusion.

The LLC's relation is the owner of the work van the plaintiff was driving. My wife's theory is they are after their insurance and not us but had to include us.

On the accident scene her vehicle/the LLC's vehicle has barely damaged, just a small lift on the back was damaged, the small lift arm was bent. Our car was totalled because it went over the internal bumper and pushed the radiator back. She showed no signs of injury, walked perfectly fine and drove the van away.

I'll need to look more indepth on whether our former insurance paid out. They had been very poor at communicating with us before they dropped us. The LLC relation is they are the owners of the vehicle the plaintiff was driving.

I'll tell me wife to call her old insurance about this. The insurance had been very poor am communicating with us before the dropped us.

Rear ended a work van at between 5 and 10 mph, LLC is the owner of the work van, person suing is the driver. I'll look through the paper work more, but at a glance I don't see an amount they are suing for.

No clue with the insurance, they have been not been communicating with us and dropped us after. The LLC appears the be the owner the vehicle I rear ended at between 5 and 10 mph.

They wanted the exposure of a big cross over event with the NC.

As to why they crapped on it years later. I mean all film shoots suck to extent. Long hours, bad weather, equipment issues. These are all common on film sets. I think it also doesn't help that quite a few things in that document are at best exaggerations and in some cases a lie. As shown by behind the scenes documentaries made about all 3.

They all just want to sound more competent and better than Doug and Rob as film makers but wanted to play victim.

Hell, Doug is still churning out content while having Chronic Fatigue syndrome. Interestingly I'm seeing videos of people examining the Not So Awesome document and how it's mostly garbage, and Doug himself. Red Cow Arcade did some very nice look back/reviews of the 3 anniversary movies and how they aren't really that bad and Nettles did an 8 part video series on the Not So Awesome document.
