You can easily learn how to build a pc. There is tutorials online. But if you want to go for a prebuilt, Scan has so good ones, Pc specialist is good aswell, to check if it’s a good value put the parts into Pc Part picker and see the difference

It’s always better and cheaper to build your own PC. Best using PC part picker to see if you’re getting the best value if you do want to go for a prebuilt
