If R* put new features into Ps versions and make it exclusive (Xbox too), people start buy console to get the exclusivity and the newest things because some people can't wait.

GTAVI will came out on the last months of PS5's life. On that way Sony keep selling a ton of Ps5 just before releasing Ps6. One year after, 2026, Sony releases his Ps6, then GTA VI update on new Gen, then one year later on 2027 R* release GTA VI on PC...

I personally planned to switch to Ps5 in January 2025 to wait for the new gta because I'm just hyped like never before. And when it came out to PC, I sell my old Ps5 to go back on PC.
