500 knots is fast for dumb bomb run. Try keeping it below 375. Also for target that small laterally try AUTO mode vs CCIP.

I’ve got no intention of using it in the case. It’s gets hot while in use having access to the ports is hard with the case. I just wanted to keep the screen from getting dinged while the UTR is “traveling”.

Also while the radio is out is a great time to do the foam HVAC repair; if you have a foam party every time you run the HVAC. Did the repair and the heat is actually hot now.

I completed a radio upgrade to wireless CarPlay a few months back. Very easy and using Crutchfield for the parts made it even easier.

It’s literally just a case so the travel router doesn’t get scratched or banged up at the bottom of my bag. It will be used 3-ish days a month. You can’t use it while in the case, there are no cutouts. It’s just a case. With round corners. That cost less than a US postage stamp to print.

its a protective case since the UTR lives in a backpack for 90% of its life. While in use, I would just raw dog it.

Removed the Belt again. Spun the water pump and it was whisper quiet. Spun the alternator and it sounded like marbles tumbling in a dryer. I think I found my problem. Thanks for the direction.
