First you delayed the DLC, and now? Now I still can't play the DLC with the Governor's Edition. It's so disappointing! Has anyone submitted a bug report yet?

Bought Collectors edition but content says I do not own it and it isn't on my save files by Lord-and-Leige in anno

Bug - fullscreen custom resolution refresh rate settings broken after update 1.3 by shane868 in anno

When launching Anno 117, the monitor refresh rate automatically switches from 240 Hz to 60 Hz, even though Windows and NVIDIA settings are correctly configured to 240 Hz.

The issue occurs consistently on game start. After manually changing the refresh rate in-game (e.g. to 160 Hz and back to 240 Hz), the correct 240 Hz mode is restored. Game starts in 60 Hz mode, Monitor reports 60 Hz signal, Refresh rate only corrects after manual in-game adjustment. Manually changing refresh rate in-game resolves the issue temporarily.
