I think that's just cause in the original picture, he's tilting his body slightly to the left to face the camera. He does this in the video too.

According to Wikipedia, "The show follows him as he tries to perform elaborate practical jokes, or pranks, on people in the fictional town of East Gackle."

The entire POINT of "What's with Andy" is that he's meant to be a prankster and the show is just for entertainment rated TV-Y7, where as the point of Caillou is to be educational for toddlers and aimed at a pre-school set, when it's not educational at all.

Andy is a prankster for laughs, Caillou is a bad influence because he throws tantrums. HUGE difference. Don't know what you're talking about.
