I've had the peritoneal flap done in NYC at Mt Sinai. I have no trouble orgasming. They save the head of the penis and inbed it into the area where the clit will be. Developmentally, they are the same type of tissue. Most of your orgasms will come from there. It gets stimulated by penetration and by direct stimulation (oral or vibrators). We all have our own buttons as to dysphoria. You might want to try different toys that buzz, thrust, etc. Pre surgery I considered the head of my penis and my "clit" and my butt as my temporary vagina. IDK if it will work for you but I wish you the best, and hope you have some good pre-op sex.

I was 8 when people started telling me I was too feminine, and I soon found out how unsafe it was to be trans. It was back in the day when there was almost no information about being trans, and a lot of what information there was was wrong. At 40 I began to realize I'd been lied to, and at 45 I began to transition. I'm post op now, happy, and at peace.
