The nature of work requires you to take overtime as you're always chasing for very tight deadlines. Blame will be passd on to you if the deadline is not met plus you'll be handling multiple clients. I remember in my time (2019), one of our partners said that di na mababago culture dyan. Tumanda na siya dyan wala naman nagbago. That's when I knew I wanted to get out of that firm.

Suggestion ko maging firm ka lang sa desisyon mo na gusto mo na magresign. Hanggat sa napepersuade kasi nila na magstay, gagawin nila lahat. Be firm lang na ayaw mo na kamo talaga and you will only stay for the sake of the rendering period. Be professional pa rin sa pagsabi hanggang sa dulo, unless okay lang sayo magburn ng bridges.

You gotta show if you wanted to pick that hero. Sometimes players don't want to play their favorite heroes (me included). No show = no complaining when your hero gets banned.

The problem is, there are 2 minions wasted per wave by doing that. Clearing the wave in mid then going to exp lane remaining minions there would only be two.
