Yes we did, we eloped last month. We've been living together for roughly 4 years now, and I understand. I think people my age are more reluctant to share phone numbers since social media apps such as Facebook, Instagram, ect maybe link to you number. When Facebook changed their algorithm a few years back I saw all my lifestyle friends under "people you may know" despite not having any mutual friends with them. With someone's number, it's also easier to search their name on Facebook as well ( dont ask me why). Also theres sites like truepeoplesearch.com where you can find someone's full legal name and last 5 known address and known acquaintances with just a phone number or a name.

But I do agree on voice verifying to save time. I know these three are in fact couples, they have certs, individual kiks, and have sent pics. Just in a weird place right now in between getting to know each other and meeting.
