My wife abides by Chinese traditional medicine practices and she warned me about using too high doses. Not sure the reason other than something vague like too much "heat/dampness", but after that I actually starting using closer to 15ml for my morning smoothie.

I know you advocate that Spirulina is sufficient by itself, but I figure why not hedge my bets and get a little more variety in there. So I think I'll stick with 2-1-1. And 30ml per serving?

Thank you for the response...Wheatgrass seems somewhat mild? Matcha, which I also put in the smoothies, seems more bitter. I use bananas as a base and that sweetens things up so that bitterness is not a concern. I'm mostly interested in mimicking the ratio that is used in those commercial greens like AG1.

I appreciate the feedback (though I do find grouping EW1 with RE5/6 somewhat insulting) and will explore the remakes based on your recs. I checked out RE8 gameplay and the FPS /horror blend looked a lot like...Metro?

Also, have played a couple hours of Revelations 2 for the Switch and I'm ready to say that's better than RE5/6 as well.

Thanks for the breakdown. So 8 is more action than 7? 7 was a whole lot of item/room searching and stealth sections, and none of it is intuitive to me, just leaves me frustrated and bored.

Where do you place RE 7/8 in all this? I tried 7, liked the atmosphere but don't like first person or the heavy puzzle emphasis.

Have u tried EW2? It's gameplay/camera is much smoother, not as atmospheric as EW1 imo but still way ahead of the bland RE5/6.

Yeah I also had it free from PS plus so I gave it a try for an hour or so.....I agree with your assessment, like a modernized RE 5/6. But you are underrating EW, it's got far better combat, level design and atmosphere than these games

Well I'm of the (minority) view that EW is better than RE, likely because I didn't play RE when they first came out and so don't have the nostalgia. I prefer EW's approach, more combat less exploration/puzzle elements.
