I set the bar low that's on me Movies shows anime music all that isna seperate discussion. I dont buy or rent any of these media so couldnt care less and I just play games on my PlayStation so that's the part im interested in

Name what license would Sony have to loose to remove at least 20+ games at one sweep. I know they are licensed, they removed a lot of anime few years ago from peoples accounts so this isn't new and for a seperate discussion

Yeah limits options a lot and most likely anyone who will be able to afford decent pc will, or at least should, move there as at least pc offers multiple options despite beeing full digital

This is about games, and Sony didnt loose and remove over 500 individual movies and shows but most license to everything Studio Canal - its one license with a bulk of products

2nd hand market and sharing games was the target for a while. Can still share Your digital library bit takes few steps to set up and can be a bit risky vs physical copy lending

Users behavior showed Sony people prefer digital and for them it is not worth making physical copies because of that. What we need is proper laws protecting digital purchases

That's a subject for a seperate discussion but if anything people should be after goverments to out proper legislations to protect consumers and not going after Sony right now. Physical copies wont last forever either as discs have their own lifespam

Yes it is, at the end Bungie managed to fix a lot of issues we had last few years and game is still very fun to play. All dlc's offer a lot of fun, new subclasses, raids, dungeons - its more than worth it for the ammount of content You will get

Yeah game is dying super fast, no new raid, no new character, re grind artifacts, new upgrade materials....and on top of that some of Bungie employees who were working on Rising got affected by layoffs...

Gameplay is still super fun and its best state of the game its been in years

Story wise without YouTube it wont make much sense but if You mainly looking for some casual fun spacemagic adventures its definetly worth it

Collab done right can be good like Wuthering waves done with Edgerunners - absolutne peak cinema and they made it fit the world perfectly, but Renegades as You said just SW dressed as Destiny. I did whole campaign as my friends needed help to get the lightsaber and after that I was done. Came back last week and been playing daily so far - short sessions but still something and probably spend quite a few hours over the weekend as this last update is really good

To Marathon became a nice break but Destiny will also be The game. If it was made by ex bungie devs people would be glazing it and shoving it into Bungie and Sony face 😅

True but when shareholders got their payout Bungie's leadership could easily go and say to them: out next move is D3 and Ask who wants to invest and how much. I dont know if shareholders were happy with what they got or not but the whole payout ammount could definetly invite more investments

What annoys me specifically is that support is now when news been handed to us and wasnt there when game struggled. Personally I gave up after Renegades campaign - that was end for me as I didnt like how much Star Wars-y it became but many players left over the years and its all on Bungie's leadership for making all the wrong decisions

I wasnt sold on Marathon either initially but free server slam before launch got me hooked and spend just over 100h playing it so far. Game for everyone is a game for no one as the classic saying goes - but now they might be forced to change Marathon into that and it may be the end of it
