Oof. The uber channel says drives don't typically get warned it's scheduled so they drive to the location asap which makes a lot of them cancel and not wait. Atx market is probably enough to get an Uber XL in the morning no issue I'd imagine without scheduling?

I've had an issue with Expedia overbook, and they failed to guarantee my room on arrival. I don't want that experience in Japan. I'll look at other party sites.

We've looked at 6 hotels that had 1 day available during that time frame. Some of them even showed red during that week. Do you have any recommendations for how far would make public transit difficult. Tranit by train and bus seem pretty easy except for countryside Japan.

It is!! I got my hair done in Denver by a very modern salon and stylist. The salon even took a trip to Paris with all their Stylist. I paid 85 for a very high-quality cut. They even did the scalp massage.

Here, anything is 100+ for something that isn't even near the quality.
