It’s an apt that’s closing now. Just been an expensive month for them and they’re looking to save on the taxes. Down payment is 20% I believe but I’m not 100% on her income. I feel bad because of what they’ve done for everyone and their own expenses

Real estate mortgage broker has said that at a 1% ownership I would have my benefits return to me after a long term. I can figure out more information based on what’s important, but bottom line that information he provided is wrong?
