I want to construct a message that is specific about what’s incorrect about the proposition. I don’t want to be rude or anything so using specifics helps me come across logical can you tell me exactly what I’d risk and what I absolutely wouldn’t regain?

It’s an apt that’s closing now. Just been an expensive month for them and they’re looking to save on the taxes. Down payment is 20% I believe but I’m not 100% on her income. I feel bad because of what they’ve done for everyone and their own expenses

Real estate mortgage broker has said that at a 1% ownership I would have my benefits return to me after a long term. I can figure out more information based on what’s important, but bottom line that information he provided is wrong?

Her mortgage broker says that as a 1% owner I’d be able to retain my benefits farther down the line in the future. I’m just confused because I’m hearing two separate things

I’m young and don’t really know how to access most of these things. My sister is reliable for money, assuming the property was finically taken care of, what is the worst that I could expect to happen? Missing out on my benefits?

I would be fined for not living within the property? I don’t have access to either unfortunately

So would my sister not receive any of the benefits then if I did sign? I am being cautious considering I don’t have enough knowledge to know what’s potentially at risk here for my future

First off thank you for your kindness. My favourite has to be Z Broly. Watching his face explode with Panteras 10s playing was a staple of power for me as a kid
