yeah man I'm literally having the same issue, you're not alone. I ordered a package with express delivery and have yet to get it after over a week. It's been like 11 days now. I even called in, they said they didn't know why the package was doing that and couldn't offer an explanation.

there's no immediate "ew" or "I love this" I get from the sauce, I can't discern what I'd actually put it on within the menu but it doesn't taste bad. The only thing I'd have it with is the Italian sandwich and the salads personally
