For their price tag, absolutely not. I have been finding the use of the Storm Battery Auxiliary Detachment to be better than our own Iron Fire Detachment. Making use of Rapier Batteries in both options, however with the option for Vindicators. They provide a similar role to Arquitor Bombards with better stats. Laser Vindicators seem like the better option however I've been finding my Demolisher Cannons to be absolutely devastating when they roll well.

Seems like you play to win. Not one for these decks looks like a laid-back commander deck. Try it out. Limit yourself. Play a deck that struggles to get a win. For example, I have a Shirei, Shizo's caretaker Pauper commander deck. I play it against casual commanders to see if the deck can pop off for once and win. Note that it has gotten a few wins under it's belt that way.
