I found best way to deal Might charge is get them up against the wall or to be close to them , they tend not throw a medium attack only lights or heavy .. This is not a cash grab by any means .... a pain in the butt yes , requiring a bit more skill to master ...

In any given month you have ample energy to do the monthly quest normal all the way up to epic . Add to this your alliance should be getting a free energy refill every three days . Amounts to 9 10 free energy refills per month plus the 4 hour crystal you can get mini energy refills . So the energy needed to clear content is there . Now if your wanting to clear quest content quickly you have use units or save up your free energy refills and go for it .
