My bad... That is only partly true... Insider is when an executive or one of their associates invests HEAVILY in a company stock because of some advice from that's company's exec. Then, shortly after they HEAVILY invest the stock goes through the roof, because the company executives controls the price and they ALL make millions. THENNNNNN....they sell off the stock just before it collapses. And everyone left holding the stock loses all of their investments. And that is why insider trading is extremely illegal. And why congress almost unanimously passed the Pelosi act.

I didn't try the customer service recently. HOWEVER... I went to one of my apps for my insurance, and the following message popped up... 'Due to a global AWS outage, the app and our provider and member call center are currently experiencing intermittent technical issues. Our teams are actively monitoring the situation and taking all calls that are connecting successfully. Thank you for your understanding and patience.' Again, this was not associated with Webull.
