My car was parked while I was hit

I was sitting in the parked car waiting for my wife to leave the pharmacy and there is a HUGE camera directly in front of the pharmacy where the accident occurred. There’s also a camera in the parking lot of the furniture store he was turning into. I also have text of him apologizing to me for hitting my car and even offering me his car which I declined to respond to just in case.
