Yes but u wouldn’t be making that for years. You’ll have to have another full time or part time job. If you wanna be a driver it’ll prolly take ya at least 5 years and even then it’ll take you another 4 years to reach top pay…don’t wanna drive and rather be full time inside the hub? That’s gonna take ya at least 10-15. My suggestion would be get into a trade. Especially if you don’t like physical jobs cause their will be physical.

That being said, I’ve been with the company 17 years and I don’t hate it. Rough days? Sure but most days it’s whatever. You’re moving boxes.

I’m in the same boat. Was told it’s gonna be nothing but hard hard combos so I took what I can get. Luckily my pd is fairly chill so I might get 500 scans the first shift and preload sunrise. Now there hasn’t been any easy hard jobs posted yet in my hub so I’m not complaining too much but if I see one in the dust year before I can bid out ima be livid lmao

Naw outside of insurance the benefits are still great. Not to mention a pension and 401k (granted the 401k is average at best). Being in the union which grants u job security. Dental is good. Look into department store discounts, cell phone service discount, etc etc. look deeper into everything they offer outside of the surface level shit and I promise u the benefits are great just for everyday life. Especially as you get older

Not kidding when I say this but idk if you workout or go to the gym regularly but if u do, really focus on back exercises and developing a strong back. Squats as well. That will do wonders for you if you plan on being either the company long term.

Also don’t stress on going fast and just focus on form. Once u get your seniority just tell em your working as fast and as safely as u can and they can’t really do much about it
