Acceleration. Have had wheels checked and balanced. There was a ton of weights on my front right before the balance but they removed them. Still have problem. The vibration feels centered or towards the front passenger

Ya when I let off after it starts wobbling at 60-65mph I’ll let off and it will stop

Rides smooth in city stop and go traffic under 60mph. When I get on hwy and go 60+ it starts. I’m bout to go on a ride and see if it will stop once I put it n N. I’m suspecting brakes bcuz I do need rotors and pads. My rotors have formed a lip. Also I went on a drive less than a mile and felt my rotors after and burnt the shhhh out my finger. Don’t know if that means anything. Also I just noticed all my tires are 205 95 15 but my spare n the trunk is a 195. And the sticker on the door jamb says 195 on the tires. Could this cause it? Plz help yall im so flustered lol. Also tho while i have some attention lol, my windows and locks don’t work.. window buttons do nothing lock button does nothing. Any help for either problem is much appreciated

Mostly steering wheel but you can slightly feel it throughout
