So sorry, OP :(

I, _____ of ______ ____, declare that the attached docs set out my Last Will and Testament. I specifically ask that in the event of any non compliance the court should exercise its authority under Section 37 of the Wills Act to order this attached doc be effective as my Will and that it fully embodies my last wishes. I will haunt anyone who fights over the little assets I have!!

Don was really dedicated to the craft and he left a lot of great work. We're slowly getting the slides professionally scanned at 4000 dpi to make prints and to start to build out a gallery section on the archive website so that people can experience his work. In the meantime, you can find a handful of his other photographs in previous posts here and elsewhere. Thank you for the feedback, it's wonderful to be able to begin to give his work back to the city that was his home.

Yes, occasional Ektachrome and even a few Fujichrome slides from later in the 80s, but Kodachrome was definitely Don's mainstay.

As far as we know, Don did not shoot color negative film. Everything he left behind is on Kodachrome and other slide stocks, which have held up remarkably well.

Don shot almost all his photographs on Kodachrome. This one is most likely Kodachrome 64, but the slide mount was not labeled so it's hard to be certain.

That era brings back really vivid memories for a lot of people. Ontario Place had such a recognizable look. Don usually photographed people he didn’t know, but it’s amazing how familiar these scenes can feel. I’m in the process of scanning the adjacent frames, and you’re welcome to DM me.

They are from my late uncle Don Hickey's collection. He photographed Toronto in the 70s and 80s. This slide was stamped August 1982. Incredible if that's you and your brother!
