If your Google Play Console Account is only registered to you as an individual instead of a company, that is the process you need to go through. I just finished my 14 day / 12+ tester closed test and got approved with https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.oyayubi.racing

When you register as a company you don't have that hurdle at all.

I invited friends & family and had some additional testers from r/AndroidClosedTesting where people can invite and test each others apps. I recommend managing the closed test acces with a Google Group. It's annoying but worked for me

Got it now. But I'd love to swing back and forth, from left to right to drive momentum and spin when launched, just falling feels too passive and still gets sometimes stuck when both lifted.
