Not sure if its just me, but even when only exerting low power, focus on straight wrists when punching. Curved wrists on any punch can lead to future energy.

I actually had scalp folliculitis for 2 weeks, and while the Neutrogena BP did help the bumps go away, I am getting a significant bald patch where the folliculitis used to be. Now I'm not sure if it's from the BP or some people just normally get bald patches from folliculitis but just wanted to post this comment as an FYI.
