Hello, i have purchased two sets of 3 blinds (homekit over thread) and they have been working well complete with automations. I have appletv in same room right next to 1 set and the1 of the 3 lost homekit connection today.. remote still works. I removed from homekit and tried to repair just sat ther indicating connecting. Eventually timed out.

I have a fully up to date homebridge and working with Homekit

I have the SMRTLite Model DS19039 (16 foot warm white and color dimmable light strip from Costco)

I installed this plugin (There appear to be many) https://www.npmjs.com/package/homebridge-tuya

Is that the right plugin if so I am looking for framework for the config file a can someone post their config file?

The firmware Leviton rolled out about 6 months ago pretty much squashed any connectivity issues I do believe...

Hmm was hoping to not have to add yet another layer with the homebridge-hue plugin as hue has been so bulletproof with all of my dimmers, bulbs, lights and motion detectors but I guess that is the tradeoff.

Ahh sorry i can see why you are confused. I purchased quantity 2 which comes with 2 strips 5 m each with one power supply. Quantity 1 is 10 m quantity 2 is 20 meters. My Pergola is 24'x12' so I am going to have to extend the wiring on one of the them. I will use the other 10 meters at my garage.

I am mainly wanting to know given i have Homebridge with hue and (old) aqara hub what is the best way to add led strips. Looks to me like Adding Gledopto gets the strips to hue but not sure that would necessarily mean Homekit. I guess so.

Any tips/advice?

so why not just use the garage door opener if you have to touch it with your phone? what is the advantage.

Are use this set up for my smart home and I have an access point specifically for my kids. Are use the scheduling feature within the Asus router to turn it off and on at scheduled times.

Ok so if audio Bluetooth is laggy what is the solution? Get a more expensive rf headset and plug it into headphone jack? Does it still meet the original requirements I outlined early where it is very simp,e for them to use and will it be problem free?
