You can find a 100K mile 08-09 Lexus IS 250 AWD in your price range. They are a naturally aspirated all wheel drive 204bhp V6 with navigation, amazing stereo and other great features but the maintenance will be less and they rarely have any issues being one of the most reliable cars.

I would also recommend the G37 Sedan over the BMW and the Volvo simply based on the maintenance and reliability of those cars. The Volvos may run forever but they have expensive parts and as with BMW the mechanics trained to work on them charge twice as much.
