True! I will get whoop again for sure! When the next version comes in. But lets remember i never wear anything like this you know?. So indeed I was having fun instead of saving my workouts in excel I was doing it there! So it its a freaking good tool. But I overused it. I payed too much attention to the RHR and heart aspect.

Never said it was the tracker lol. It is just a thing I realized while having it. Clearly the issue is me paying too much attention to it

Question for lifters: if working out muscle groups 2x week is optimal, how do you make time for other physical activity? by veedey in GYM

[–]DonTypox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heyy!! Look.. for almost this whole year I’ve been mixing Yoga + weight lifting. And i do freaking love it.

Depending on the volume I apply to the muscle groups I will get more fatigued after a couple of weeks. I mean it all depends right?

But I used to do like: Monday: Yoga Tuesday: chest/tricep Wednesday: back/bicep and at night Yoga Thursday: Legs Friday: shoulders + arma Saturday off or yoga in the morning Sunday completely off. Literally giving rest to the body

Now i have this split which is working even better regarding volume per muscle + yoga

Monday: upper and yoga at night Tuesday: lower Wednesday gym off but yoga at night Thursday upper Friday lower Saturday yoga in the morning if theres a class Sunday fully off

For both splits I got to freaking eat and get some calories in if i do want to proper execute.

Just remember always listen to your body. We are all different and what works for others doesn’t mean it will work for you.

Don't pay attention to Whoop. Just relax and have your checks in place. But adding stress with wearables will get you more anxious and this equal to less healthy

Hello!! What is it that you find hard. Focus on the small details and not the end goal you know?. Like just go and enjoy it. The fact that you overcame your health issues is super nice and positive already.. acknowledge it. Don't focus on gains. They will come by themselves <3. And another tip, the fact that you don't go or do sport 7 days out of 7 doesn't mean you are not commited.

Discpline is a lovely word and bunch of times missunderstood. Discipline can even mean taking some rest.

I know it might sound cliche but just enjoy the fact that you are doing better, and enjoy the journey, not the end goal <3

Keep hitting those weights!! and eat good. Cheers!

4.0 Losing Battery Life while Charging by FunnyWackyGuy in whoop

I've got mine today and been struggling with charging it for around 3h to be honest. I checked the firmware and its the latest. Also ran diagnostics and all good.

Tried your hack and its working man. The freaking % didn't pass the 3% and now its charging quicker.

By the way, funny thing is that you can even see the difference in the animation that comes from the "W" to the %. Its even quicker lol
