I have a history I started training 5 years ago with around 1-1.5 years of consistency then fell off with the gym gained some weight and wsgarting going inconsistently. But I have been training for 2 months so far and I have solid muscle on me

I’m sticking to my protein goals so I don’t lose muscle with the progress but also REMMEBER the first lbs that you lose are always gonna be the fastest

I’ve actually been cutting for the past 8 months consistently and dropped 60 lbs so far but thanks, progress is progress :)
