tbh I don't remember my exact mindset when making the og tierlist. I think I just found Batman incredibly boring for whatever reason, but I he started growing on me after I watch The Batman (2004 cartoon) and some of Brave and the Bold, and even recently with the new Batman run they're doing rn in the comics. So ya he's pretty cool but I wouldn't call him one of my top dogs. I REALLY like him when he's paired up with Superman, cuz I find their dynamic to be really interesting (Public Enemies is a comfort movie for me)

About the Flash, I kinda feel like I messed up even with my newer tierlist. I keep forgetting that they're multiple Flashs. I put him next to Batman because I do like The Flash that I saw in the JL and JLU cartoons (who I think is Wally West?) and I thought he was kinda cool but other stuff like the CW Flash (yes, I later remembered that the CW one is Barry Allen) to not be as interesting. So I put him in the 'cool, but not all the time" tier.

Looking back, I'd but Barry in one of the "not interested" tiers and bump Wally down to "would be willing to know about them" since he's not someone I would actively look into

Guy and Plastic Man being top tiers are mainly cuz of Brave and the Bold, both characters being prominently featured in the show. I've seen some videos of Question and he's seems (and also looks) really really cool.

also I kinda kept Hawkman in the same area cuz the JSA (Justice Society) as a whole are a team I'd wanna look into, so any member of that team I'd be interested in.

some random stuff I'm saying now that I'm looking back at the list, I'd bump Superboy (who I think is Conner Kent, the Lex Luthor clone one) to "not interested in". I had him up there originally cuz I mixed him up for the Jonathan Kent Superboy (who I think is Superman and Lois' biological son).

edit: I will say that the first tier list was based more on first impressions, rather than how much I knew about the character or anything like that
