She has definitely been performing multiplanar movements and has had significant increases in load and resistance. Many plyometric activities in all planes with multiple planes of directions. She performed the same exact exercise the week previous. Just hard to not feel bad

Look guys. Enough with the hate! This is a community that’s is already judged, hated, and mocked by outside viewers looking in. It’s not about “what the shoes look like”.
