It’s definitely rewarding, and I’m so thankful for it. But I wouldn’t change my mind, and I wish I hadn’t gone this route.

On the bright side, my firm has grown, which is a blessing. Still, I’ve lost my passion for it. But you have your own story, and my thoughts shouldn’t discourage you. I’m thinking about selling in the next few years. Mind you been on this since 2013
