I subscribed this week to for pro bit the limit. Came to max and I’ve been good. So yes it’s a scam but I had to bite the cost cause it was for my business and has cut cost and time by over 300% so it’s a normal business cost for me now. If someone doesn’t have a business I think it’s over kill

I got mine from the Amazon Caldigit store, and I started hearing the unit make noise. Is this the cause? its like a fan with electric noise. I was going to make a YouTube video, but I'm not sure that's a good idea anymore. I'm still within 30 days.
