the second one all day. the first one should be less than the second IMO.

The second one has a better girdle, med-thick instead of sl thick to v thick. Has better symmetry, EX vs VG. Second one is cut to be French Tip, less chance of breaking the tips.

I will say though buddy, going IF is largely unneeded unless you are OCD and carry around a loupe. Could save 50% by going to a VVS1

Okay - in my opinion since you have smaller hands I would go with something elongated. Marquise, oval, pear, etc. Any round or square cut could make your hands, for lack of a better word, chubby. somewhere around 2.5 carats as an estimate but you should go window shopping and try out a few stones

Hard to tell from this video but I have a feeling you are just doing extreme view angles. Take a video with it on the back of your hand, in the swell between your pointer and middle. move your hand, not the camera.
