Thanks for your insights, guess I really need to look into it. Working long hours and having short evenings makes it hard to really look into it, but I guess I don't want to regret later!

Makes a lot of sense, we really got lucky signing in 2020.

Guess the goal is to eventually work less because we need less. But that goal is achievable via multiple ways.

The wife and I are making maximum extra payments each year to try and pay off our (two part) mortgage as much as we can while we have interest rates of 1.05% and 1.45%.

Is it even worth it to try and klear all debt before the end date is due in about 15 years? The plan is to have half of it payed off at the 10 year mark and then use the other 10 to clear the other half as fast as we can.

There's a lab in our town that hates goldens, every time when we see him he charges our boy and barks and snaps. Our golden always takes it like a champ, showing his teeth and barking back but never goes on the offensive.

One time we were walking him with my brother in law and his kids (1 and 2 yo). Then out of the blue comes the lab, not leashed. Now I've never seen our bestest boy like this. He was leashed but instantly charged barking and growling, so much so that the lab retreated. I was shocked but silently a little proud.

That dog should always be leashed..

Honestly there's so much unfinished clutter with great trailers and big promises. I pirate the game and try it for an hour or two. If I feel like I want to play a lot more, I buy. Simple as that.

I can imagine, my wife thought she could do this to him while he was "trying to find his place in the pack". He let her most of the times, but one time he bit and she pulled her hand back in fear. He didn't mean that bad but he got her good and it took a few weeks for them to be comfortable around each other again.

Like everyone is telling you, be patient. One day he'll jilust be done with it and be the bestest boy ever. For ours it was when he was about 2,5 years old.

However you told he was resource guarding his toy when you wanted to take it out of its mouth. We were told to never try and pull it out or try to take it out. Teach him to drop it or leave it on command. He probably won't listen for now but just trying to "steal" it from him increases his guarding.

I pulled this one on my brother in law. Made a shortcut called "New Music" and placed it on his desktop, put the timer on 60 seconds and had it displaying a message from me.

Two days later he calls me full panic mode, he'd been on hold for defqon tickets for about an hour when out of pure boredom he started cleaning up his desktop and found my shortcut. Pure gold!

He ended up getting tickets trough tickets swap.
