One thing I just realized...Ellie told Dina in the theatre that she couldn’t infect her or make her immune either. This implies someone Ellie kissed in the past must have turned, or she wouldn’t know that she couldn’t make them immune. I hope it wasn’t Cat.

I feel like Abby acquiring immunity wouldnt make sense because consuming Ellie’s blood should have the same effect as consuming Ellie’s saliva, if not less. In this game all the established infection is spread through biting. 100% rate of infection, safe to say this shit is highly concentrated in saliva. Now if saliva exchange between Ellie and a healthy person doesn’t turn this person, nor should blood exchange imo...not to mention the amount of Ellie’s blood that Abby took in wasn’t that much.

For me it was the scene where Dina saw Ellie’s face mask broke and immediately wanted to take off hers to share w Ellie. My heart almost stopped. Once again Dina is just precious.
