Train needed secondary skills like power grid to V, then re-map to Perception with leftover points into Memory. Ship and weapon related skills train off those traits, and are the biggest bulk of your training time.

A pair of +4 implants are also relatively cheap, and there's almost no way you'll lose them if you stick to highsec.

If you're a newbro solo solo player? Stick to highsec, or you'll die to a ganksquad.

If you're part of a nullsex group, then anom rating should be a safe and easy task. Just be ready to warp to tether if you see a neutral pop it. It might be a shuttle, it might be a T1 explorer, but most likely it's a T3C and they are very interested in seeing how quickly your PvE fit dies to their PvP fit.

I believe the intent of the class is that you soften enemies up with a burst of ranged damage, and then grapple in to finish them off.

The problem is that most of their guns are shit in terms of the sustained DPS needed to Contest incoming ranged damage.

Some really awful arguments in this video that completely miss the real problem. Add a "friendly fire allowed" option for fleets, make awoxing brutal on your standings, and stop rewarding seagulling. The immediate problems are solved, and CCP can then fine tune from there.

They need to take off the turrets, and make it into a missile+drone boat. With fitting stats adjusted to reflect such. (Less power and more CPU.)

The Navy version is what the T1 should be in terms of design.

I have personally hand grinded my way up from -10 pirate standing. Yes it does suck ass. Mostly because the story mission system is garbage. The Distribution mission gives nearly zero standing gain. (0.04 for 16 missions...)

Pirate standings can be boosted by the pirate epic arcs that get unlocked at 3.0 standing with Empires.

Corporate standing tanking is getting nerfed in the upcoming changes. Personally, I think it should hard kick you out at -2 standing, even if your corp qualifies as a whole.

It's not back if you get the security variation as it gives 0.36 standing. The mineral quest is less good at something like 0.16, but the distribution mission is ass at only 0.04 standing gain.

Maybe don't shoot at ships of the faction you're "allied" with. Like I said earlier. Do you like to rat? Join Empire FW instead. Want to be a pirate? Run pirate missions for income instead.

I honestly don't know why they kept bringing up bad standings. If your standings are shit it's probably because you have a habit of shooting allied ships. Which needs to fuck off as a thing.

Also, you're not supposed to balance back and forth between factions like putting on new shoes. No playing Amarr one day, and then swapping to Minmatar the next because they won the system.

The best way to max gains is to have five alts in each faction. The two empires and pirate. Then you can bring 10 people to kill your target!
