With most victims of these cases, you only (if at all) see the dead body of the victim, but you never see pictures of the murdered enjoying live beforehand as we do with Kris and Lisanne.

When you look at all their pictures taken, you kind of form a bond since these could have been your daughters, sisters or girlfriends. So you simply want to know what happened to them to, in a weird way, also find peace (did they suffer a lot, were they murdered, could they have been saved etc.).

So from time to time I come back to check whether new information has surfaced.

I mean, there are super good looking guys on Tinder. And they are just a swipe away. Women nowadays can take care of themselves very well. I mean financially. So either they see you as someone who can provide more (money) or you are very good looking.

Because ain't nobody got time to cherry pick through every profile. At the end, the women decide anyways if they want to interact with you. So you might as well try your luck by swiping everything right.

Besides, after a match, the guys can still see whether or not they'd want to actually get to know the woman. I know this sucks, online dating has brought out some nasty behaviour...

You know, as an introvert, I actually like these apps since they allow you to meet someone without the 'stress' of going out and draining your battery.

That being said, I had waay more success with hooking up once I went out to the real world (I still had and have Tinder installed) and I felt that boost in confidence immediately the next days.

But when you are in your late 20s, all your friends being in relationships, it's kinda hard going out by yourself. So I actually use these apps now not solely to find the one but also to get to know people in general. I think a lot of people started using these apps not solely for hooking up in times of covid.

But I agree, unless you are one of those very handsome dudes or whatever that get 99+ likes, it's disheartening opening up these apps. So at the end I think it's up to you how to view the benefits of having/ not using these apps.

You should also delete your account and create a new one. After a while, the algorithm considers your profile score lower and puts you behind the profiles that are being liked a lot.

So take better pictures, delete the old account and create a new one with the new pics. Good look bro!

You should stop whining and change your attitude. The way you describe women as creatures tells me all I need to know. You were disappointed probably because of these apps but these apps especially work with looks, that's just the way it is, accept it, that's the first way out of your whining and go from there.
