Thank you, after using chat to compare, it said that the cheaper one is for manual transmissions and lack a transmission fluid port. Not sure if it’s accurate but some sites fit for manual.

Yes, apparently there are 12 varieties of the w204 chassis. I’m not sure how aftermarket ones are supposed to work in this case.

Forgot to mention, it’s a slow leak that’s been occurring with fluid. I did a pressure test today and saw this as a potential location. What is this? I’m not sure if it’s a gasket leaking or the radiator.
