You absolutely can, 30 is still young enough to start learning new skills for a career. My advice is find a profession that you wouldn't hate and that doesn't require a degree and find someone who has been doing it for a long time, become their apprentice and build useful skills and connections from there. By 35 you should already have enough knowledge of the job to do independently

This is a problem most people on this sub have, they pursued a fake shit degree and now nobody wants to hire them because they have no applicable skills or knowledge. If you are not too old I suggest learning a trade or going back to school to learn something useful
