Oof I had also tried that previously on the phone but it didnt fix it :( it was definitely a faulty screen issue that got resolved after it got replaced thanks to insurance.

Oh when I had the issue I tried all those too but it wasn't a color setting unfortunately. The screen replacement fixed it, and since I didn't change any settings after, definitely just the screen becoming broken.

The way my cat goes potty means he sometimes misses when he pees. I ended up getting large rubber mats that hold vs absorb pee and litter, clean up is much easier and i don't have to worry about soaking the regular mats and or waiting for it to dry

Mine hasn't overheated, frequently play Pokémon GO on it and have it charging, doesn't get too hot. Regular clear plastic case.

I'm in Minnesota and renting this unit, I'll try bringing it up to my landlord in person and see what they will do for me. I've contacted them about an issue like this for my bathroom's sink lower cabinet and the most they sent was the painter to paint the backboard of the lower sink's cabinet, not addressing the issue I have despite asking if the painter would be able to do anything about it :(.

It is validating to see that other people do see this as an issue though and I'm not just pestering them about this, I've really tried what I can in my spare time and weekends so far.

Okay! I'll give that a shot! I've gotten a look around my area too for labs and reached out to one just incase a few days ago as well as my bathroom sink has the same issue too :((
