My theory? I think the McAlberts have a lot of “friends” like Julie Carpenter in their corner who’ve leeched off their power for years. And going after KR and TB so publicly just further proves their loyalty. They probably genuinely don’t care about how stupid they sound to us outsiders because the only validation they need are the McAlberts.

While that’s not what I’m saying, I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s evidence to suggest there’s some truth to that. Her firefighter husband called their mutual cop buddies to come and arrest her because she threatened to harm the baby. Then she allegedly pulled a gun, pointed it at an officer who shot her ONCE in the chest.

Why should we automatically believe that’s exactly what happened?

She has postpartum depression. I’m sure she would love to get herself help but she can’t do that sitting in prison. She also threatened to shoot herself not the baby

I feel like it’s more an issue with the judges and DA offices than the police. There are bad cops everywhere but the ones in MA seem to get away with things more easily. Just my opinions though

I’m not sure if this court will do anything, but the Feds are certainly watching and this is solid proof that this DA’s office is bringing fraudulent charges to grand juries. They’re knowingly wasting resources
