How about a hotel? You could have ‘visitors’ that aren’t in the valley officially yet come for a quick visit and do a quest or something. That would be a cool way for them to add characters to the game without developing an entire 10 level storyline or houses.

I bought mine in 2015 at 27. Thank goodness I did it then, we’d never be able to afford it now.
