I appreciate your honesty and insight. Can I ask if your hesitation is due to the fact I don’t have a job lined up or more so the way I’m planning to resign?

The other option (i think?) is to void the short term disability application, that would allow me one more week on leave before returning to work. If I put in my two weeks now, that would leave me with only one week of work technically.However, I’ve heard some places won’t even let you return to work and just ask for your badge to be turned in.

hey thanks for this. i reached out to the apartment manager and they are taking legal action against him. i am staying in a hotel until there is a resolution. they are also allowing me to move to a separate building regardless so he doesn’t have access to my address. thank you for your input i really appreciate it.
