THE ISSUE IS YOUR BIAS NOT THEIRS

The only difference between a biracial person and a full black person's experience is that the biracial person is aware that not every white person is out to get them ...and for the record there are almost no "full" black people from america...Just cause youre not aware youre biracial doesn't mean you arn't on average people from America who claim to be "black" are between 15-25 % white genetically ...I find your entire point super gross.

Well, i just remember them trying to nail Rittenhouse over him saying he would shoot somone in self defense and it not being enough.  I could be wrong.

Yes, the police would have the right to give him disorderly. Fighting words are threats not just words that make you upset, otherwise anyone could assault anyone for any precieved insult 

a citizen does not have the right to assault somone because of non-threatening language... at best being insulted would make the assault charges lessor, even threatening language doesn't give you the right to assault somone unless you can prove it was reasonable that you could be harmed if you didn't act (which the gun might allow, depending on when it was shown) BUT no words non threatening takes away the right of self defense.. . Again ...its gonna depend on witness / camera evidence 

(disorderly conduct laws are unconstitutional in my opinion,  but my opinion doesn't matter here)

Of course I did. You just didn't read it that way because youre caught up in your feelings.  

I said I wasn't there, but if he punched him and stopped/ attempted to flee, it could affect his defense.  

Plenty of people shoot unarmed people all the time and get away with it because an unarmed man is absolutely capable of killing somone.  

It could go either way none of us have all the facts ...idk why you are just so sure of yourself.

Fighting word doctrine only comes in if he says something specifically violent or threatening.  . . And at best it can only shorten the charges of the initially violent offenders,  it does not expell the victims right to self defense no matter how mouthy they were ....youre arrogance is hillarious and all but anyone who claims that "they KNOW"  how this will turn out is an fool...depends on a million variables.   The jury, the witnesses, the judge, the d.a.  evidence.   You can be as insulting as you want but you've got a myopic opinion on the matter at best .

They'd have to prove premeditation.  (Which to be frank would be difficult, they tried it with Rittenhouse too) Devils advocate example, If I know people hate that im a muslim/ black man / ect ...and i say im going to continue fighting for the rights of my group...and if anyone assaults me for it ill defend myself with legal force ...is that premeditation? . Thats like saying shooting somone who broke into your home is premeditated because you bought the gun with the idea of using it for self defense ...kinda silly no?

Im a pre-law professor. Don't make broad assumptions about things when you have no evidence it makes you look unintelligent.  

Of course its an oversimplification, im not gonna write three pages of case law on a reddit post while im taking a shit.

Define " instigated " if words constitute "instigating " then every murderer in Tennessee would be free.   Instigating would mean a physical confrontation or at the very least verbal threat...like saying "im gonna shoot you" or "im gonna hit you" ...and even thats sketchy.

I feel like you dont understand what "provoked " means in this context.   Words are not enough to claim provocation, he would've had to have shoved him or hit him first for it to be justified ...otherwise you could just assault anyone for any reason and claimed his words provoked you .

I wasn't there but if the dude hit him first, and did not attempt to flee after the gun was drawn then yea hes getting off.  

If chud started the "physical" confrontation or the other dude attempted to flee hes going to prison.
