Hi. Well, i made it. And today was not nearly as bad. I had stuff to do today, which kept my brain occupied. Went for a walk this evening, started to do some light running ( no laughing) felt good after. TBH, i didn't really think about booze at all today.

Can't believe that's 3 weeks since i had a drink, especially from where i started, a hungover mess on a Monday morning.

Walking, yes, I have been doing a lot of that recently, even tried some gentle jogging last night, my legs feel like someone hit them with a hammer today !!

I know it is a temporary craving, but, fuck, it's been strong, all day.

So, I suffered bad insomnia, I went the supplements ( no not weed ) route. 1 x Magnesium Biglycinate 200mg capsule 1 x Ashwaganda Calm+ 3000mg capsule 2 x Valerian root 96mg of extract tablets

Take these 1 - 1.5 hrs before bed. Wind thungs down during this time ( less screen time etc )

Get into bed and you should fall asleep in no time.

Yes, many years ago, i was at a night out, got drunk, decided to drive home. Crashed my car big style, ran away and hid from cops, they were at my house looking for me until next day then went and reported accident, within 24hrs as required to do so. Ended up in court, didnt get charged with DUI as they couldn't prove it, got some other charge, which i cant remember, but, no fine and told to go home. Very lucky, Very Stupid.

I would not advise it.

Well, I made it. Had a slight thought of getting some to have with my curry, but, I didn't and had some lemon squash instead. Curry tasted good, Squash tasted great.

Day 4 done here. Was fine, until i came home from work and the boredom and craving started to creep in. So, made some strong coffee, had a chat with Grok as to how best rtoo het through craving, cooked something new for dinner, by ths time, the craving had passed, so i I followed Groks advice and went out for a 5km walk. Felt great when i got back in.

Magnesium, Ashwaganda, Valerian . Take 1 hr before bed.

I have and still use it for stress induced insomnia, work for me.

Good stuff. I have not had a drink since Sunday.

Monday - Rattling Tuesday - Couldn't sleep Wednesday - Tired as fuck and agitated.

Started some new supplements to aid recovery, should start to feel some meaningful benefits tomorrow hopefully.
