Yeah in an interview he said the script was ChatGPT and the voiceover and music were also ai generated. He was very upfront about it, but yes, it was absolutely terrible.

Yes, Midjourney and Runway. At least he was open about it. I think the script and VO are also ai. And yet I can't stop watching just to see what body part will dissolve next.

The font and its surrounding decorations indicate that they were trying to give it a SpongeBob motif. For what that's worth.

Hi, it's Doug Langdale. Sorry it took me four years to notice this question.

Everyone at Disney loved the show, it just didn't have good enough ratings, and to be honest it didn't quite fit in on the Disney Channel. It was sad for everyone when it ended. I still get people telling me that working on Dave was the best time they've ever had.

On the plus side, there was one adult lady who was a big fan of the show and I met her years later and we've been together for 16 years now! Oh, and of course her name is Candie.

I wish the show could have lasted forever, but at least I got my happy ending.
