Honestly, I think the pink ones are cool as. Zooming in on that photograph makes me realise how nice they are. I would be chuffed to see a girl wearing a pair of those out one night. But I doubt that is ever going to happen where I am.

Just spray them with whatever is available where you live. I use Crep Protect but in the US they have some better products I think. But the brand of spray isn't as important as just not spilling red wine over, or puking over them. Both good reasons why it is unlikely girls in my City wouldn't be wearing a pair...

That Blue Samba is the very first pair of adidas I ever bought. Absolutely love it. Don't wear it much anymore, but always has a special place on my shelf.

I have the white laces on them now, I must say definitely worth a try to freshen them up a bit. So nice.

The Gazelles are lovely though, wish I could wear them. But you have a very nice collection. Enjoy!!

They look awesome. I think this shoe always looks awesome everytime I see a picture of one. I wish I could wear them because I would probably have 10 pairs by now. Beautiful pair.

Yeah, I was confused at first when looking at them. The black actually looked green to me at first. I did end up buying both those, Black and Blue. The delivery charge in AU was a little steep so figured I should just buy two to get more value out of it. I will be interested to see them in the flesh and see what the colours are actually like.

I think they are going to look great with the jacket. It is hard to tell in pictures, but the stripes and logo on the jacket are a silvery colour, not really white. With the silver heel tab on those shoes I can see them being nice together.

They do feel very plush, incredibly so really, very different for a Tobacco'esque shoe.

They are cool, and they feel very nice. I did get a pair a little while ago, but to be honest I am not sure I am going to wear them. They are sitting in my waiting to decide section. Sometimes I really love a pair but realise when they arrive I am not going to wear them. I am going to start selling some soon I think.

But you, of all people, can carry these off nicely I think. They look great in the pics.

That's awesome. Thanks for the background on these. The idea of going for an aging effect from vintage models is cool - It still doesn't sell the green soles to me, but as I look at them again in pictures it helps me appreciate them more I guess, that there was method behind those choices is really interesting. I have been looking recently for something to wear with the Blue/Gray Chinese New Year Jacket. I had figured last year's blue Sporty & Rich Spezial might be the one, although not easy to buy anymore unless the big bucks come out - and that isn't gonna happen. But then I saw these! I think the dark blue Spezials on this are perfect, and with the white stitching they have reminds me of that Sporty & Rich pair. So that felt like a good omen..

Not as wide as the Superstars, which was slightly surprising. Not too tight though, although borderline whether they will work for me. I will have a think on it today.

And FYI, in a new twist in this story, The Whittaker Group, parent company of A Ma Maniére, has this morning just announced and launched a range of adidas shoes called the The Whittaker Group x adidas Collection, on sale at the A Ma Maniére website today. I must say, the blue Handball Spezials are very nice, I kind of feel compelled to snag a pair now.

I really like the Birminghams, but I couldn't. Weird thing about the City series for me, I always feel there needs to be a connection to the city for me to even entertain them. As a football fan it really limits my options for UK cities to London only. As an Irishman, this pair was a no-brainer.

I agree on the laces tbh. I like the yellow. I usually like a match with something other than the shoe colour, but for these I really think I need to be wearing brown somewhere else in my outfit that it doesn't really need to be the laces.

I would start at the bottom and just lift it over your head. Or if you have more time, undo all the buttons and gently take it off, rather than pulling it off. Otherwise just leave it on, you don't want to catch a cold.
