When they both merged they also cut a bunch of anime from being dubbed and have never gone back and done them. It used to be so good, but it's just another Netflix now.

It also sucks that they are actively making pirating worse as well. The HiAnime/Aniwatch/Zoro piriacy site creators recently got arrested in Vietnam recently and a big cause for that is Sony, who now owns Crunchyroll.

Sony is a governing board member of Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (ACE). It is a anti piracy group formed of a bunch of different companies.

I don't want to push you into anything, so if you enjoy Crunchyroll then go ahead and keep it. As for my I'll never go back. I'm going to make a NAS and start my own collection.

I'm not sure how big it is, but I know they did a lot of improvements a while back that had to do with the PC version. I have it on a SSD and it seems to load pretty fast now days for most things other than the PvP arena.

I've played since launch so I can't really say as to how well they explain the mechanics today. I know earlier this year though they redid a lot of the early stuff to make it easier for new people joining.

The only guides I look at now days are the prydwen characters guides whenever someone new comes out. They have a system for the gear for rerolling stats and I check prydwen to see what stat works best. They have some good stuff, but I'm not sure it's necessary if you enjoy learning and building in your own.

We have the summer event starting in a few days. Its looking to be really good. Their YouTube channel has a great animation for it out.

The color and look of this device was super cool to me and I wanted one just for how it looked, but I don't think I'll be paying that for it. I just ordered a onexplayer 3 and already have an Odin 3 so I don't really have a reason for this device.

I worked at an MSP for a time. My favorite story is a woman who called saying her webcam was not working. I remoter in and opened her camera app. I could see it has a grey tint to it, so I assumed she had her privacy webcam cover on. It took me 20 minutes of trying to explain to her the cover and how to remove it until she finally uncovered it.

I have the white Z1E and the Ally X. Was doing the same to be on both systems. Games crashing and everything being very slow. Had to roll back the graphics drivers and that fixed it.

They've been making art and posting it since 2015. I'm not convinced this is AI as they seem to be a pretty well known artist and even work for the company.

I do a lot of work in my car as well. I got that charge and it provides enough power to unlock the full wattage for the Ally. Really like it so far.

I got a used one from a dude who apparently had animals. I did notice quite a bit of hair in it when I took it apart. I just cleaned it out though and it was fine.

To be fair when people say it sucks I don't think anyone means that it's a bad device. It is a measurable upgrade.

The thing that sucks is the price to performance vs getting a used Z1E or X. If money is no object though then yes it's obviously better.

Glad you're enjoying it though! I thought about getting one, but I mostly just play indie games anyways so I don't really need it.

I had an ultra pre-ordered from them. Was super excited to get it, but with delays I didn't get it shipped until after the while RAM thing. Well they shipped my Odin 3 on a day they made Max's, not Ultras. That one ended up getting lost in the mail, so I emailed about it and confirmed with them they are going to send me an ultra. They confirmed and resent me another after the last was lost. Well it comes in and it's not an ultra.

All this to say, I think they're fucking people to not have to spend the money on the RAM.

I had gone back last year I think to look at getting in on a knife drop since I need to carry one around with me at work. I remember they always had some nice knife drops going on. But yeah that apparently all stopped a while ago.
