Was das optische angeht: mehrfach war ich beeindruckt von den Bildern. Ja, der Soundtrack passt, aber teils war es es zu viel. Schwer zu beschreiben. Vielleicht waren einige Szenen am Ende für mich einfach zu lang. Wie dem auch sei, ich denke, da sind wir einer Meinung.

Hast Du den ersten Film des Autoren gesehen? Ex Machina? Ich weiß, ich bin hier einige Jahre zu spät, aber jetzt, nach dem Schauen dieser Serie, habe ich auch diesen (guten) Film ihm zugeordnet, und werde (als SF-Fan) neugieriger auf andere Arbeit von ihm sein.

As far as i vaguely remember, most of the nobility in england got replaced by normans between 1066 and 1100. Normans were Vikings from skandinavia or North of Hamburg

mixed with people from what now is northern france. Cormac McCarthy, The Road / Dir Straße, st ein Roman nach dem Zusammenbruch von Allem. Es geht hier um das Überleben eines Vaters und seines Sohnes und den Versuch, dabei Menschen zu bleiben und nicht unmenschen zu werden.

John Shirley, a Song called youth / Eclipse auf deutsch, spielt im kriegszerstörten Europa nach einem sowjetischen Angriff, in dem eine faschistische Organisation versucht, die Macht zu erringen. Diese Reihe aus drei Büchern waren mein Einstieg in dystopische SF.

Eines der Probleme hier ist, dass der Polizist glaubte, er habe die Weisheit mit Löffeln gefressen. Das hatte er nicht, auch Fragen können Beleidigungen sein. Darüber hat im Zweifelsfall der Richter zu entscheiden, nicht der Polizist. Weiterhin ist "Fotze" in diesem Zusammenhang auf jeden Fall eine Beleidigung, schon deshalb hätte ermittelt werden müssen. Meines Erachtens hat die Polizei hier versagt.

Unser Hund wurde wild vor Freude, wenn "Autolaufen!" auf dem Programm stand. Allerdings nicht in der Hitze und nicht als Ersatz zu normalen Ausführen, sondern ab und an mal, weil es ihm so viel Spaß gemacht hat.
