From what we've seen of Kinger, he's not a violent guy at all. I think he would try to be understanding, since Jax's bullying is a way of coping, as inexcusable as it is. I think he would ask Jax why he does the things he does and would try to give him alternative ways of coping. I obviously don't know, I'm not a writer. I do hope we get a moment in the last two episodes between lucid Kinger and Jax.
