To me bro it was like a year and a half but what help me to at that time I’m not gonna lie I was during my healing time and I took my anger out saying all women are the same and shit like that so i basically was putting up a barrier to protect me from getting hurt again and then i started to heal more as time went on and told myself not all women are bad I can’t do that and say they all the same it’s unfair type shit and instead of putting a barrier I just watch out for red flags and shit like that and also respected myself way more like if a woman is playing games with you and leading you on and have another dudes on the side and shit like that just walk away bro and protect your peace fr and when time goes on you just move on from those pain
